Large Stylish Home, Pet Friendly Near Newport & Navy

We have used quite a few different VRBO’s, in different states. This one was by far the cleanest, the most accurately described, the most easily accessible. It was a great homebase for us, girls for our girls week. Everything was centrally located, or easy to get to. Toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, dishwashing detergent, sponges, were provided. In every single other place, we’ve stayed, we have had to go out and buy everything.Edward’s instructions (re: dump pickup, what to do with bedding, etc) were printed out, and very easy to follow. When contacting him, he contacted back immediately. He was very accommodating, and this was an incredibly wonderful experience for all of us.Definitely a recommend without hesitation!

Great stay! Great location and great house- very clean and was large enough for our group.

Such a perfect house for a weekend for our group of 13! It was very clean and had everything and more of what we could’ve asked for. Edward was so friendly very timely in responding to messages. I loved how thoughtful he was with the small details (e.g., packs of makeup wipes in the bedrooms, extra soaps & toothbrushes, etc.) The location was great. Ubers to downtown Newport only took around 15-20 minutes with traffic. There was a festival going on during the weekend of our stay, so I think that’s what made traffic worse. It’s a super quick trip with no traffic! It’s also minutes away from Newport Vineyards which was very convenient! I loved how check-out was such an easy process and how we weren’t required to clean the entire house like other places. The only complaint that a few guests in the group had was that two of the downstairs bedrooms would get pretty hot and didn’t have good airflow for the ac, but other than that everything was perfect!
